In the event of a defect or damage to the device, the RMA form available on the YANBOX RMA page must be completed.
The report will be checked in advance. A confirmation of acceptance of the report and instructions on how to proceed will be sent to the email address provided in the form.
The assigned RMA number is valid for 7 working days. Within this period, the shipment with the device must be sent in accordance with the instructions received by email – otherwise the report may not be accepted.
Requirements for the shipment
The shipment must contain:
- the device with all accessories (equipment),
- a copy of the proof of purchase.
The package must be properly secured against damage and marked accordingly (e.g. ‘CAUTION’). The sender is liable for any damage caused during transport as a result of improper packaging.
Shipping method and shipping costs
The device must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided in the email confirming acceptance of the RMA notification.
Information on the shipping method will be provided in the email with the instructions after the request has been reviewed.
Note: Cash on delivery shipments may not be accepted.
Repairs outside the scope of the warranty
If the inspection reveals that the fault is not covered by the warranty (e.g. due to mechanical damage), information about possible further action and any costs will be provided.
If the terms and conditions of a chargeable repair are not accepted, diagnostic and transport costs may be charged at the applicable rates.
After the warranty period has expired, a diagnostic fee may be charged at the applicable rates if a chargeable repair is not requested.
Confirmation of acceptance and status of the report
The shipping confirmation (delivery/receipt confirmation) together with the identifier (RMA number or device number) serves as proof of acceptance of the device into the RMA process.

Return of the device
Once processing is complete, the device will be returned to the address specified on the RMA form. If a device is delivered without a completed RMA form or without an assigned RMA number, it may be returned to the sender within 7 days of receipt.
